Most of the Kaama editions had TRS drives. Could be a very cool boat!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

From what I have learned thru the years, the Kaama boats were the early 80's flat deck 377 SE. It did not matter what kind of drives it had on it. Later on the 377 raised deck was dropped and the 377 Kaama SE (special edition ) became the 38KV. So I am guessing that you could not have a raised deck Kaama. Ironically there is no flat deck 377 SE scarab listed in the 1980 brochure I have, just in the 1981 brochure, BUT I have a 1980 Flat deck.

All I did was email the guy. He responed really quick. He doesn't have an asking price right now, but I think he's pretty realistic about it. He said he has 30k into it "but knows he won't get anywere near that". And I believe Phughes is right on with his description of the Kaama edition. I think they were just trying to hype it by attaching Betty Cook's name and the Kaama name to it. Had nothing to do with the drives.
