Any owners out there know how many feet from floor to ceiling head room inside the cuddy of a 34 and 38 scarab have? How much from seat to ceiling?

My III has a pretty good layout and, truth be told, is way more comfortable then the 38ZX i have. I dont know how it compares to the 38 Excel but mine has decent headroom but i think its only about five feet or so. Last time i was in a Thunder/Excel i remember it being pretty roomy with good headroom. I would like to know the difference as well, I'm thinking I'd like to trade/sell mine towards an 88 or 89 38 Excel next year. I can get some measurements off mine tomorrow. The model of thirty eight you are referring to is the Excel (88-89) and later the Thunder (90 - ??) or roughly those years.

Are you looking to move up to a III or 38?
