It is the best choise for less money than other choises.
Even if that performed flawlessly, do you have any idea how terrible it would be around the docks? It would be a nightmare to get in a slip.

I thought I recalled a guy years ago that had a single turbine in the middle, and then concocted a chain drive system to two transmissions and two Arneson surface drives. I don't recall how it worked out though. Maybe some research will turn up the boat.
