Default Scarab 29' Louvers / side vents

Does anyone have a lead on the rear lovers for the 29' scarab. Either OEM or aftermarket versions?

Ok...how about this...if I decide to have the luevers reverse engineered and manufactured, would anyone be interested in buying a set?

If I cannot find a set I will have them engineered to be about 0.75 inches thinner so they do not extend beyond the rub rail.

Please let me know the interest in these.

They are the same for all the 29's.

Send me your email and I'll forward some images of what the final design ends up looking like.

Since it looks like we're going to be re-engineering it, we are going to be limiting the slots towards the rear segment of the vents to mitigate water intake when coming off plane.

Tx, m

I have a new one for the port side that was never installed by the previous owner of my boat. I am considering making a mold of it to produce copies. I need a starboard side as mine is busted up. Unfortunately, they are different sizes (for whatever reason).

We did redesign the side vents. We placed a scoop facing forward and a scoop facing in the rear direction.

Effectively, it's a ram air duct forward to allow air to enter into the first three eng. comp. inlet holes. And the rear facing allows for blower vent exhaust.

The rendering is in black, however, we are making these in bare Aluminum. Possibly making them in a custom three piece design as well. Whereby, the scoops would be bolted into the flat panel (somewhat like a custom three piece wheel).

I cannot post the photos on this site, however, here is the redirect for the location of the photos.
