From the looks of it, it looks like there use to be a compass mounted in this 4 to 5" diameter hole just behind my gauge panel on the flat area before the visor window deal.

Anyone have a good picture of a stock panther dash area?
If it is a compass, any idea where I could source one? Right now I just have a polished stainless cover over it.

I should have grabbed a better picture, but this is all I took today. She is a mess right now lol, lots of small projects going on.

anyhow you can kinda see where there should be something just above the upper left gauge.

I dont own a Panther but 10 to 1 what I have is very similar...You are correct in thinking a compass used to be there...

Thats pretty much exactly the same mount. I guess I need to start looking.

As others have stated there was a compass on the dash.
I plan on removing mine and installing a flush mount Tablet
for all my music/video/GPS needs. It will be available if your interested.

There is a new compass that looks like it will fit, that was just posted in the swap shop.
