I hope he doesn't mind or think I'm a stalker. Here are a couple pics of the boat I have saved in my "Scarab" gallery.

Business End...Nuff said!

There is a guy down your way, on the upper Chesapeake, I cant remember his name, with a Panther/S-type that is running well into the 90s also. Screen name on Speedwake might be Blue Thunder? Not sure, dont go on that site much in the last couple years.

yep, that be da one. pics can not do this boat justice. nearly every piece of the boat has been meticulously thought out and maximized. if anyone out there is building a thirty this is your blueprint.

I am kinda building one right now well the past 3 years, i converted from trs to bravo's and raised the x dimension with a 3 up imco extension boxes so with a standard bravo the drive shaft is 3 1/4 inces below the hull and with a -2 shorty it is 1 1/4 below the bottom. Using twin 502's that were built for blowers but they will be naturally aspirated for the time being. Guestimating they will be between 575hp -600hp range. So that is why i asked the question about speed. Curious what range i will be in. I bought intakes from blue thunder but ended up not using them. Ben perfected is a beautiful boat.
