No 03s. A few in 98 and ending in 02. That is when the Scarab trademark license from Larry Smith expired.

The story I was told was that an Israeli guy liked the P-29 but wanted a 38' so he went to Wellcraft and commissioned them to build a 1-off "P-38" in late 1997 as a 1998. It was painted by Magic Touch, has a like P-38 logo on the backs of the front seats and the center of the rear and has the same matching v-berth collage pattern. It was supposed to, or went to Israel. It had a 220v 7,000 btu A/C unit and three prong Israeli plugs that I changed. Still love it and it gets as you guys know yourselves, a lot of attention. Great timeless color scheme.
