Default Front and Rear seat headrest removal ease? 1999 33AVS

Thinking about replacing the headrests vinyl on the front and rear headrests. How easy is it to remove them? For the front, is there a release pin/set screw like in a auto? for the rear, do you have to take off the sunpad first, then remove from there? Any help appreciated.

Front, you have to go in from underneath/inside the seat. No quick release.

Rear, you hit it. Unscrew the sunpad from fiberglass hatch and lift it up and you will see the bolts for the headrest pods. You dont have to remove/unscrew pad completely, only about 1/2 way back. The pad itself is done on plastic sheets/backer and is flexible enough to get at the bolts as described above.
