Default Volvo 600 fuel pressure

Anyone running Volvo / Innovation 600's know what the fuel rail pressure is supposed to be for the efi system?

Dont recall, but if you call Innovation, they are very helpful. If you need a fuel pump, I have a brand new in the box XS factory stock unit I had for a spare before I sold my 600 powered boat. If you are a chasing a miss, or lack of power due to what you think might be fuel pressure related, it is quite possibly clogged injector baskets. I had pulled and cleaned mine several times over 11 yrs of having that power

[Thanks, are you suggesting going to a different injector other than the stock ones that come on the 600's?QUOTE=BUP;4695088]I work on the DPX engines and the only one in my area whom will touch these.

ok thank you, I will check them out and see if they are plugged......motors run up to 4800 rpm and are pretty flat after that with my 24 pitch hydro's that I was running with my 502 mpi motors. It's not a prop problem for sure.

So you have a Volvo/Innovation powered 33 with Bravo drives? Was it a drive swap, or a power swap? Power I assume since you referenced 502's? Which Hydromotive props are you running? Q IV X?

my volume pump on the starboard only fires up after cranking and appears to be building oil pressure. Then the Audible buzzer comes on and the volume pump supplies the hi pressure pump with enough fuel to hit the 45 psi needed. I haven't tested everything with a voltmeter yet but I'm thinking that pump isnt keeping up with the high pressure pump as the rpm increases because that motor is pretty much flat around 47-4800 rpm
