Kidding aside this looks like a familiar story. Is the cabin floor soft?

I’m sure you noticed how they layed the wood in the boat THEN did the glass work. The wood all touches and causes the rot to wick forward. I hope yours is not as rotten as mine was. I had to replace almost everything.

When I put mine back together I made sure that wouldn’t happen again.

Lot of work but you’ll be happy when you’re done.

Cabin floor was completed rotted away. Cock pit floor was soft in a few spots.

We’ll you pick up a grinder put a wheel of death on it aka circular saw blade get a buddy with a chain saw and start cutting and don’t stop until you find dry wood. !!!!it’s not all that bad to do just takes some time and effort !

myoung3538 , curious as to why you left these parts of the sringers in the engine compartment? Are you going to cut them out later?
