Hey Joe I thought you would know this boat, what is your opinion? Anyone else? All I was told is that it needs to be cleaned up and wil be pretty nice. I have a friend that loves this boat and I want to know if I should tell him to move forward.

Is this Rocky McColloughs old boat? Is there many 38's like this in the area with the purple lightning graphics?

when I had pursued this I was told it was rough and needed heavy maintenance. Also one motor failed a leakdown...Not sure I was being duped because nothing I did was in person. I was told someone else was putting money on it, so I stood clear and waited...last I heard of it. I still liked it but do not want he power...

Funny how on all these boats people always put money down and they're still for sale a year later

Hotrodr56 wanted a Scarab Excel that FeverFan looked at and when I called them they said it was sold...But he had'nt put any money down or made a move to buy it. I was going to take Gottahaveit! with me and let him go over it with a fine tooth comb before any money was spent on the survey...

On the 38' I guess now I know why I have seen it for sale for such a long time...Thanks

Yep. Know it. It's not Rocky's old boat. Call or e-mail me and I'll give you the scoop. FYI - In case you didn't know...You are unable to receive PM's.

looks like a cool boat, I made a bid on a powerquest from american yacht sales a few years ago, the bank turned down my offer at the time, but 4 months later they were calling me to say lets deal!! to late then, price sounds good, do a leakdown on the motor, and check the bottom for blisters and are bottom paint
