i remember 6 or 8 years ago seeing smokin joe at smoke on the water. man what a runner. we were running around 75 and he went by us like the house on the side of the road 6' out of the water. too cool. he was running with reggie's old #76 race boat. reggie would go in the harbor get a card and start running again. unlike all the other boats that would hold up and run together. good memory's.

... That would have been at an old Pier 33 / Thunder poker run back in the early - mid 90's . There were some serious Scarabs on the circuit back then with Joe's , the #5 boat , and the red white and blue 38 they had 3 blondes run at the big events back then ... Cool stuff !
