Go buy a strip of plexiglass 3/8" thick and bend with heat. My friend just made an entire front windscreen for an old car that way. He used the cracked old windscreen as the former. You could just kind of eyeball it until you get the proper bends.

Is your windscreen just cracked? If so, you could probably also fill the cracks and paint in the same color as your boat, since it's really not functional anyways. I saw a guy who painted his white, it looked really good.

A few years ago, when the windsheilds were still available, I met a guy who had priced them and he said wellcraft wanted $1200 for a new one. I seem to remember seeing something in a thread sometime ago on this board about some one being able to reproduce them. You might try doing a search.

Can you send me a picture of this windshield? - I've had several requests and if I can have one in any condition I can make a run of them.
That's what we do!

If it's complete (the cracked piece is still with it) I can make a mold to produce it. Once the mold is made I can do it in any color, including the new luminescents. Can you send it to me?
