I verified that the 6.2 Horizon doesn't have an oil cooler. I might pull the risers and take a look, only other thing I can't think of.

Can you winterize a motor without running it by just draining the block & Manifolds, pulling the thermostat and pouring Anti-freeze where the T-Stat goes until the block is full?

Thanks, the season is over not worth hauling the boat to change the hose for only a few more weeks if that!!! I was hoping that it might be something where I wouldn't have to haul the boat, thanks...

Yes I do have water coming from the weep hole but I am not sure how much should be coming out??? So you are saying that it wouldn't be the water pump???

I checked it and there is nothing blocking it, I even ran the boat with no thermostat and still had the same problem???? Anything else???? Would you think it would be the water pump on the motor?

Yeah I emptied it but I was out on the water and just put it back on, it wouldn't start but I know that motor ran fine because the problem switched motors. I have a feeling it is Vapor Lock or bad...
