Like you said first try replacing knock sensor I did and yes it is still doing the rpm drop like its shutting off. But like before it is not throwing a fault for knock sensor like it did everytime...

I thought it seemed electronical but I took dash apart and cleaned all harnesses some had a little green used elec cleaner then wd40 wiggled all them and didnt do it went back to main engine round...

Also when it surges its anytime at idle or also in gear ....does it mainly once to normal operating temp. Think it does it all the way up to 2000rpms because I can take off get on plane and runs...
