Great installation
Dometic Marine Air Conditioning has some smaller self-contained units that may fit, but I'm not an A/C expert. The ECD goes as low as 6k BTUs, but is a bit bulky. The Dometic Turbo I believe may go as low as well, as has a slightly smaller profile.
Best of luck on your mission !

ive also seen a few people install the portable units for a house not the window kind but the kind that stand up and you use a vent hose. They have some real small ones out there and you don't have to worry about water dripping. Just plug it in and fit it to vent hot air outside wherever you like. Might not be as clean looking but probably less than 200 bucks and a few mins to install.
