35ft Lightning Weight Distrubution ?'s

Our 35ft. Lightning came with twin 454's. I had them freshened up last year however, I am thinking really hard on swapping them out for twin 408 Stroker LSX...

Quicksilver 48 13704 A40 23P. These are 3 Blade Props

Not sure on the gear ratio. The outdrives are Bravo ones however.

The weather held out for us. The motors ran great!. The boat is running about 68mph @ 5000rpms. Motors are smooth and now its time to get some new props to get the top speed up a little higher.

Oh.. Ok. I had someone tell me that you can run water close to the end where the exhaust runs thru to hull to keep it cool but you did not have to go thru the entire header.. Not sure.
