Mercury sells a paint just for outdrives. lights sanding wipe down with a cleaner to remove sanding dust. I usually spray with carb cleaner and paint. Looks like new when dries

2005 bravo 1 shift cable adjustment

Shifter kinda sticks coming from forward to nuetral.. Any ideas on what could be the problem? adjustment maybe if so can it be adjusted without the tool they say you need?

Two beep alarm and bouncy tach

I have a 2005 496 h.o that is throwing a two beep alarm every minute and the tach bounces. Engine runs fine when alarm goes off........ Any ideas

496 running warm

Recently had a marina change the inpeller and houseing on my 2005 496 mag because it would warm up at idle and then cool back down as soon as you gave it rpm's. now it warms up after you slow down...

I have a 05 baja performance with a few chips around the windshield. looks like the screws are chipping the gelcoat, is this common and what is the best fix for it
