I love mine, has a stock 454 mag mpi. spinning a 26 4 blade prop ive never gps checked it but i can run next to some 70mph boats.
all i have added is a 3" spacer to the drive, didn't pick up any...

what is an acceptable temp for a bravo 1?
after around a 15ish mile cruise with a few blasts to 5k rpm
we were gettin out the boat and i stepped on top of my drive and
it felt...

have you checked the fuel pressure with a gauge? not sure excatly what pressure you should see, but with the engine off turn the key on with the gauge connected and the pump should prime. gauge...

i see iac so its fi, mpi or throttle body? smelling gas could be stuck injector or fuel pressure reg goin bad maxing out fuel pressure.

I just got my prop back from being trued and balanced.
Guy said it was all outta whack.
Hopefully this helps out some.

It seems like everyone with this boat is running a 3"...

I forgot to mention I have a 1" spacer installed.
I'm having the prop worked right now and have been told that a 3" drive spacer "may" help.
I find it hard to drop...

got a 26

purchased a 2000 awesome 26' this past weekend.
took it out and played around today. now have a few questions

on the test drive before i bought it i found two problems.
it "blows" the prop...
