If you want a decent boat in that size check out Kellys Port and look at the 314 mach 1 they have. Those are soild heavy boats. Its a Mid cabin like Envision so it has room to sit up front in the bow...

If you are mainly going to be taking weekend trips to the LOTO and you keep you boat there, depending on where you stay you will need a 30+ ft boat. Tubing and everything is great I know how to do it...
