crane refers lifters for $880. they might be better, but do i really need them? Is there an improvement over the comp cam set???

As i asked... ( double 58mm trottle body, rip down the intake diverters, put in a 525 or similar cam, pistons wich add litte bit more compression rate...

Are you sure head and intake is possible? When the t stat is closed the engine doesnt pick up new water. Itīs only going round (water pump - block). IMO it could only be blocked in the t stat housing...
