Can you use the dc125 clear all over the boat and with other brands of paint? I am wondering if you should use a clear that has some flex to it for the top side do to walking on it.

Just put a leveling kit on it and call it good. Everyone I know that has done lift kits has now takin them off including myself. They are not worth the trouble when towing any weight.

I was thinking DuPont polyurethane that I have...

I was thinking DuPont polyurethane that I have used on vehicles but not sure if it will work on the bottom of the hull as for toughness/durability.

I guess gel on the bottom and poly on the sides...
