mike tkach is correct. The 1986 and newer 350's are externally balanced on the flywheel and with a neutral harmonic balancer.

The rotating assembly is Scat 1-91250BIE so the external balanced 350 flywheel and a neutral balancer should be ok.

Scat will do the balancing job so I hope they got the right flywheel from me.
