496 voltage low to sensors.

2003 Fountain 27 quick oil change

The bilge pumps are mounted too close to the transom for the quick oil change hose to exit via the drain plug. Is it possible to move the port bilge pump forward 2" so the hose can exit for oil...

27' Fever seems to have a lot of space in back that could be used for storage if appropriate racks are mounted.
Any good ideas of how to do this? I was thinking of stainless bumper storage racks...
