Think I'll go with the Holley. Stock MEFI mag so the aeromotive doesn't seem worth it unless there is some extreme durability we would be getting.

Ignition set up advice for 502 MPI

Building a 502 MPI that is MEFI 1 bolt onto new Gen 6 GM Marine 502. Generally a stock build. Everything I thought would swap over from my gen 4 454 didn't, and were way over budget now.

any ideas...

Thought I was getting hazed "rim flex". I'll check them out. The top deck is 1" from the manifolds on each side. Once this engine goes in, we can't take manifolds off unless we lift the motor.

What is your preferred exhaust manifold gasket for Aluminum manifolds? Picked up some EMI manis and the gaskets that came with are junk.

Stock or near Stock 502 Exhaust

Building a stock MEF1 502. Will need exhaust manifolds and risers.

Prefer the 496 Dry Joint manifold if anyone has one.
Basic Gil Dry Joint is an option
