Wish I was there to pick that up. Wouldn't be surprised to see it flipped and put up for sale a few months later at a more realistic price. Could afford to sit on it for awhile to get the right price...

It really depends on who is looking to buy and what else is available to buy while your's is listed. If it's not moving, you can always lower the price.
