Generator Cover

Does anyone know where I can get a diamond plate cover for my Westerbeke generator? The pictures I have seen looks like the diamond plate is a step for getting down in the bilge.

Thanks for the replies. I believe my side compartments have a plastic inside keeping them fully enclosed. How do you remove the entire side panel? Where are those fasteners? Thanks
