Blown ECM

I posted a few days ago regarding blown ECM in my 2002 4.3 Merc TBI. I’m considering converting to carb any ideas on cost of this conversion. A new ECM is about 1800$

To get the injectors from Merc you have to buy the whole throttle body and it’s 1300.00$

Also when my key was off I heard some noise from speakers I was thinking maybe I had a bad key switch maybe stereo is hooked up improperly causing this issue, injectors are 17104288 and the new ones...
