But if I had a cooling issue wouldn’t it be present on the gauge? The temp was at 150-160 when the alarm went off.

I got the sea pump out and the impeller is not...

I got the sea pump out and the impeller is not missing any pieces. So I think it’s safe to says it’s the thermostat. What do you guys think?

Before I check the other passages should inspect...

Before I check the other passages should inspect the impeller to make sure it’s still intact. And if it is move on to assume it’s the thermostat and just replace the impeller for maintenance sake?
