What's the fuel pressure supposed to be on a 2007 8.1 MAG?

Been having some issues so I decided to check fuel pressure. At idle Im getting 34 PSI. When I give it throttle to about 3000 RPM it drops to 32. There's no way that can possibly be adequate pressure...

This is a tough one because of the intermittent nature of it. Scanner shows nothing. Just the two old cam and crank codes from 50 hours ago. The fear is after a $5000 drive repair it could happen...
