2 1/4 will work as 2 1/2 will be better'ish with a x pipe is plenty for 500hp. Keep header primary size around 1...

Turbos and blow thru aren't ideal at all. It takes lots of knowledge. Do draw thru or efi.
Blow thru blowers work great as you can tune the boost curve.

The 90 degree comment is that valve train doesn't run 90 degrees anywhere. It's always off. Adjustable pushrods and sweep will get you where you need to be and then order lengths. It will change...

Epoxy over poly

Winter project, adding some filler glass on a poly hull. It's not structeral. I have epoxy resin or should I just use poly. I will gel coat this area when finished. 80s hull.
