Bravo one trim cylinder bushing problem.

In Finland nobody knows, so i have to ask here.
Need to replace Bravo1 trim cylinder bushings.
Bravo1 have 19mm axle and my old cracked bushings have 19mm hole.
Im asking several places etc and...

Transom exhaust holes sbc to bbc.

Bbc holes are out around and upper than sbc.
My old sbc have spacer between riser and manifold. So now bbc height is right with those holes that i have, but bbc exhaust is 5cm (2") wider than...

i run engine wirhout water in exhausts, oil level stays same.
Then i run engine normal with water in exhaust about 20minutes idling, engine is full warm, i used my silent choice...

i have now open gaskets between exhaust and risers. There is other choice too, restricted gaskets.
But i dont think that causes problem.
i mean, open gaskets maybe let more...

Yesterday i tested risers and manifolds and make one mistake, idont plug exhaust side good enought and pressured air get in exhaust and i think they leak...
I take risers off and put some rtv both...

When i yesterday remove risers there is lot off water laying bottom off manifold. And if intake leaks then it woulf keep pressure 1 hour.

When i yesterday pull off my risers, there is lot off water bottom off manifolds....

Change motor oils and rise idle little + angle motor right.
run it about 10minut idle and have cream + oil level is upper again...
I test compression again with warm engine, all 8 are 160psi....

I have to lower my engine rear mount in my test bench almost 2". Then it is same level than boat.
