Agreed - it's there.

Per earlier suggestion, will just Tee into fuel line to check fuel pressure supply. That eliminates the pump.

Wear ring on the pump cam shaft lobe looked fine. No pitting, scuffing, etc. Looks like normal camshaft operation.

Speed is 84.3mph GPS, fall/spring, cool, day, me, no fuel. Otherwise, 80-ish.

Thanks for the advice, Randy. I might explore different props but leave the X-dim alone. Summer heat and humidity here drops engine RPMs to 5-5100. Fall and spring, the boat still turns 5400.
