When a new boat leaves the factory is there a tolerance or acceptability for the evenness of the bottom running surface?

Merc electric fuel pump with cooler

I pulled this setup off a 1999 502 mag about 5 yrs engine had about 220hrs freshwater.You get the fuel pump with cooler, filter head, extra filter, p.s cooler and oil cooler. $100.00 plus ups.

Holes in transom

I removed my trim tabs to put the origanal ones back on now I've got 14 9/16 holes to fill. Looking for ezee do it yourself (never done it before) filler. Somebody recomended Marine tex epoxy...
