Found the leaks on my 292sr1

I had the same problem, and the water was coming from two places....When the boat was in the water, it was leaking in around the wonderful thru-hull drain for the useless icebox. I took out the old...

The Alumistingers hold up...I can prove it.

I got in a wreck last fall going through Jefferson City on the way to LOTO. I was in a collison with a Mack tandem which stopped my 3/4 ton GMC and my 292 Formula cold. You can see what happened in...

Re: Hydromotive qIV

The props are a bit older, but they don't have o/t or anything on the hub. I'd have to go look, but I know they say
HC CL23L Q-IV, No o/t. Could they still be O/T's? How would an OT prop run on...

Hydromotive qIV

Is there a difference in the diameter of the hub for a Hydromotive qIV for a Bravo, and a qIV for an outboard or an Alpha? I have a set of qIV's and the hub is much smaller than it is on my Mirage...

Re: revolution restoration

Stinger, can you tell me what kind of paint/color you used on your lowers? I see you painted them silver and I'm planning on doing the same, but I don't know what color to go with.

Love the...

Re: Anyone have an automatic pop up bow light?

On the Mississippi River, you can use whatever light you want. I understand about the light blinding others, but we use them here to find buoys, Obviously it must be ok because barges do it, and...

Here's my 89 292 SR1. T-454 mags, Drive Showers, Nose Cones (bought them cheap. No they didn't help, yes they look nice on the trailer). Custom Trim Tabs with huge hydraulic cylinders and a 5"...

Re: Anyone have an automatic pop up bow light?

Why could you not run with a spot light on? I do it/have seen others do it all the time. WTF is it for if you can't use it?
