I lost the internal flapper for one of my 4" exhaust tips. Its a straight flange with a slant cut. Top of slant cut is 7" from flange and bottom of slant cut is 3" from flange. Inside of tip is 4"...

Had a chance to test out my 28 Bravo 1 this weekend. Water was rather nasty in the Barnegat Bay and I was only able to find a few short stretches of calm water to do some testing.

Like its any more sane to have 5 people going 95 in a 23 ft hydro. Going 71 with 8 people in a 27 ft performance bow rider (Baja272 Islander) hardly seems risky at all in the right water conditions....
