Omc Cooling System

Does anyone know of a company out there that makes something that you can run through your cooling system, and it cleans out all dirt/corrosion of any sort. Perhaps an acid based solution?

I can physically pull and push the transom cable to make the boat shift in and out of forward and reverse. I just can't seem to adjust it properly so that forward and reverse works... Any suggestions?
