One piece rear main seal and a flat tappet cam would make it a gen 5 454. Only way to easily use a roller cam in a non roller block is to use aftermarket lifters with the tie bar.

Yes, I have one on my TRS. I lost about 1.5 MPH on top end compared to my Mirage, however my cruise picked up 1.5-2MPH along with several other benefits. :drink:
