UPDATE: Thanks for all the input serious and funny :D . SeaRay has decided to give me a new boat took 3 others out had no proplems boat tops out about 51mph with no porpose.

UPDATE: the boat is a 2006 200 sundeck with a 5.0 MPI 260 hp engine mercruisers alpa one. Searay has authorized all repairs. The dealer call them shingles but they do look like wedges attached to the...
