Hey Guys, I thought I had a buyer (signed bill of sale and left a deposit) and then he calls this afternoon and to say that he's changed his mind. What's protocol for the deposit?

I've got a friend that bought a 2002 29 OL w/ 496's & 72 hrs a few months back for $53k. The higher end more expensive boats will be tough to move in this environment and chances are it's not going...
