didnt do a sea trial...i had 2 helmets ready to go but he opt'd to just hear her run on the hose. was pouring his buddy and my girl were holding umbrellas while i went over everthing with him...theres a few strong deals out there...very very seriously considering the 34 phantom, spoke with will at phantom as well as the owner...also looking an an x F-1 27 Kryptonite...Xcellerator, an 02 28 pantera with twin 540's, ....im like shiiiiiiiit im all over...and havent thrown in the towel on the 30 Mystique yet either

Congrats Bernie! Don't rush into something. You have a lot of time to figure out exactly what you want and now can use the soft market in your favor. Good luck with your boat search.

Hey Guys, I thought I had a buyer (signed bill of sale and left a deposit) and then he calls this afternoon and to say that he's changed his mind. What's protocol for the deposit?
