96 and 97 35' Lightning: What's it worth?

I'm in the market for a 35 Lightning priced under 75k. I've found 2 boats that I am considering. Can someone please tell me what fair market value is for these? Any guesses on top speeds for those...

Now for the transome crack....port side was worse than starboard. Does this look serious or just where the deck is mated to the hull?

Yes the motors were forward a good bit. There were drive shaft covers about 12-18 inches plus the transmission between the motors and the transom.

Bow steer makes sense. I didn't notice the Kplane location, tunnel tab, or the drive trim. I've noticed that many American offshores and Chris Cats don't have the Kplanes. Any reason for that? ...
