Yes, Perko does make strainers with the valve incorporated into the top. Mike does not have the valve and Perko says you can't interchange the tops.

3000 rpm = 35 mph
3500 rpm = 42
4500 rpm = 55 WOT

The hole shot is still excellent and I can trim it waaaaay out now.
