Well I completed the relay install! Previously it took 67 seconds to fully raise, now it takes 19 seconds to fully raise.

All the work was done in the engine compartment. I didn’t do anything...

Brad, just curious why you had to get behind the switch on the dash? Couldn’t you have just tapped in to the wires coming from the switch that are in the engine bay? That’s what I’m planning to do...

Oil filler cap stuck on 496 mag HO. How to remove?

Doing an oil change on a 496 mag HO and the oil filler cap is stuck on. It will wiggle about 1/32 of a turn, and move up and down about 1/16”, but I can’t get it off, any ideas on how to remove?

It’s a cockpit cover. Poles are as long as I can get them to still allow the cover to snap on. If I make the poles too long the tension in the cover will not allow them to snap.

So what is the solution to the torque roll it you have to run a 4 blade prop on a stepped hull single engine boat? Trimming up too high is not a good answer if you have to turn the boat:)

Got 10 years out of a pair of interstate batteries, but the were taken out of boat and stored in house and charged once a month in the off season. Midwest location, no shorepower on that boat.

That’s a common problem. Not sure the exact cause. Corsa does sell a replacement kit though, which works well. I believe the replacement kit includes an upgraded design & solenoids.
