Insurance guy is going to look at it today. I can get it fixed but if I can get them to foot the bill that's fine too. I can say Fountain and Hydromotive customer service...

Thanks for the info. I called Fountain and they were able to pull up the build sheet so at least now I have some idea where to start. Mine was also 24 hydro by the way.

Bravo 1 prop shaft sheared off!!

Today as I was coming back in I hear a bang and lose my forward and reverse. I'm close enough to the dock to walk it back in and when i get it on the trailer, i see that the prop shaft is cut clean...

I heard the Coast Guard is putting a limit on boats in the basin this year. Which kinda sux cause all the losers that dont get in will be back in the waters.

Dont forget that towing capacity also depends on axle ratios as well. I added almost 2000 lbs to my 08 ram 2500 just by getting a dif. axle ratio.
