I went to a plumbing supply store and got 2 brass t-fittings....Think they were 15 each. Its not a real fancy setup, but with some clever cutting and re-routing of the hoses, it works.

Pull the block drains and see what comes out.....I had to coat hanger mine a few times to get some sand etc. out. BTW...My boat runs hotter on the hose. Perhaps try testing in the water.
