1997 31' Scarab Thunder Side Louvers

Does anyone have any leads on where to find some side louver vents located on the rear exterior of the boat? Wellcraft doen't give much support unless you have a center console.

97 502 MPI Won't Start

I have twin 502 MPI's but one will not start. The other bust right off. It is getting fire to the plugs and fuel to the rail. Any ideas will be appreciated. I'm stumped.
