Wondering what type of upgrades would have a nordic heat with a 496HO running in the 525+ horsepower range. Suggestions?

looking for suggestions on what to look for in buying a 2002 28' nordic heat. Boat has 272 hours on it and was bought by a guy at a dealer auction. He has not driven it at all in 6 months. Pictures...
