wot im at 3500-3700. i think the motor should top out at 4100-4400 i think. its a 140hp 3.0. i was also thinking of getting s hydofoil. what ya think?

hey guys. well again im having a problem with a boat. its a 86 sea ray 140 2.5.. i can run the boat out of water with the ears on all day and not have a problem. when i put in the water it wont run....

i will put a fule pressure gauge on it today. but if that was bad would i be able to keep it running for a few min? i know it will run for a little with the fule in the bowl.
