Well, it was the prop. Swapped with a good prop, and it ran fine. I wll have the other prop re-hubbed, and all will be good. Thanks for all the input!!

I did put the drive in gear, and was unable to turn the prop either in forward or reverse. Hopefully it the prop. I'll check that when I get back after the holiday.

Gasket lines up, I can get all the bolts started, its just when I draw it up, the end bolt on the front binds, like the hole is a little off. I shouldn't have to open it up, I wouldn't think.
